Tenant Participation and Advisory Service(TPAS)
Tenant Participation and Advisory Service (TPAS) is a UK-based organisation that works to ensure that tenants and leaseholders of social housing have access to advice and support to help them understand their rights and responsibilities. TPAS provides independent advice, support, and representation to tenants, helping them to get the most out of their tenancy. TPAS works with tenants and landlords to promote and develop a culture of tenant participation and tenant engagement in the management of their homes and the services they receive. TPAS also assists in developing tenant-led initiatives which help to improve the quality and availability of housing. TPAS works to ensure that tenants and leaseholders are aware of their rights and responsibilities, and are able to access the support and advice they need to voice their concerns and make a difference in their community. Furthermore, TPAS works to empower tenants and to ensure that their voices are heard in the decision-making process.
