Peer Review Audit(PRA)

Peer Review Audit (PRA) is a process of independent, external assessment of the performance of a housing provider in the United Kingdom. It is conducted by a team of experienced, qualified auditors who are independent of the housing provider being audited. The purpose of PRA is to provide assurance that the housing provider is meeting the expectations of the regulatory framework, as well as to identify areas of improvement in their management and operations.
