National Housing Federation(NHF)
The National Housing Federation (NHF) is a membership organization in the United Kingdom which represents and supports the work of housing associations, also known as Registered Social Landlords, which provide affordable homes for people in need. The NHF works to ensure that housing associations have the right resources and support to provide safe, secure, and high-quality homes for those in need. The NHF’s primary purpose is to influence public policy to support the provision of more, better, and more affordable homes. The NHF also works with members to provide practical advice, support, and guidance on topics such as finance, development, and tenant engagement. In addition, the NHF works to raise public awareness of the importance of housing associations and the positive impact they have on society. The NHF’s scope covers the entire UK, with a focus on England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
