Young Persons Team(YPT)

Young Persons Team (YPT) is a UK housing service that provides targeted support and advice to young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of homelessness or in need of housing support. The team works closely with local authorities, housing associations and other relevant agencies to provide a range of services, including: helping young people access suitable accommodation, providing guidance on managing finances, and offering advice on employment, training and education. YPT also provides outreach support to young people who may not be able to access services due to homelessness or other barriers. YPT works to reduce the risk of homelessness and promote secure, stable housing for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
