Sex-Work Projects(SWP)
Sex-Work Projects (SWP) are services that provide support, advice, and assistance to sex workers in the United Kingdom. These projects typically provide a range of services, including housing advice, health and safety assistance, harm reduction support, and advocacy. The purpose of these projects is to enable sex workers to remain safe, secure, and healthy while engaging in their work. SWP are often provided by charities, NGOs, and other organisations, and they work to ensure that sex workers have access to appropriate housing, health care, and other services. SWP also help to provide information, support, and advice to sex workers and their families and to promote the rights and safety of sex workers. SWP aim to reduce stigma and discrimination against sex workers, whilst also working to improve their access to education, employment, and other opportunities.
