Owner-Occupier(OOO)

Owner-Occupier (OOO) is a term used in the UK housing market to refer to a person or persons who own and live in their own property. This is in contrast to a tenant who rents a property from a landlord. As an owner-occupier, the homeowner has full control over the property and can make decisions about how to maintain and improve it, such as renovating or redecorating.
