Housing term
Front-line Staff(FLS)
Front-line Staff (FLS) are responsible for providing the first point of contact for customers and tenants in UK housing. They are the face of the housing organization and play an important role in providing information, advice, and support to customers and tenants. FLS are involved in many aspects of housing management and services, including tenant management, customer service, housing maintenance, and rent collection. They are knowledgeable about the range of housing services available, and they provide advice and support to customers and tenants in making informed decisions about their housing needs. FLS are also responsible for responding to customer and tenant complaints and resolving any disputes. The scope of FLS is wide and includes addressing customer and tenant queries, providing advice and guidance, helping to manage rental agreements, and dealing with day-to-day housing issues. Ultimately, FLS work to ensure that customers and tenants receive the highest quality of housing services.
