Children’s Services Plan(CSP)

A Children’s Services Plan (CSP) is a plan of action for local authorities in the UK which outlines their strategy for providing services and support to children and young people in their area. It sets out the aims and objectives of the local authority and outlines the resources available to meet these aims. The plan also sets out the priorities and targets the local authority has set for itself. It is an important tool for local authorities to ensure they are providing the best possible services and support to the children and young people in their area. The scope of the CSP covers areas such as housing, education, healthcare, social care, youth services, and safeguarding. It is a comprehensive document which should be consulted when making decisions about the welfare and development of children and young people in the local area.
